Our products Many of our products are printed to order. We take care to represent colours and designs accurately, but please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the printing process.

Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Orders & payment By completing a purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Personalised & printed items Due to the bespoke nature of personalised and printed-to-order products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@theprintapparelcompany.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
